The Â鶹ÊÓƵ Academic Success Center

At Â鶹ÊÓƵ, we believe every student deserves the support they need to thrive academically Â鶹ÊÓƵ —whether navigating a challenging course, editing a research paper, or learning how to balance a full class schedule. The Academic Success Center (ASC) is here to support your academic journey from your first semester through graduation.

Located on the second floor of the John Stewart Memorial Library, the ASC offers free, individualized academic support to all enrolled students. Services include:

• Academic success coaching
• In-person and online writing support
• Supplemental instruction for select courses
• Accessibility accommodations for students with documented needs

The ASC is staffed by professional educators, peer tutors, graduate assistants, and supplemental instruction leaders Â鶹ÊÓƵ —all committed to helping you succeed. We are proud to serve students of all majors, backgrounds, and academic levels.

In the 2024 Â鶹ÊÓƵ –2025 academic year alone, we supported more than 1,172 appointments in success coaching, tutoring, and writing lab. Students who use ACS services tend to earn higher GPSAs, perform better in challenging courses and are more likely to graduate on time.  In addition to providing academic support, the ASC also serves as a professional development hub for the students who work with us.
