Fugate was chosen for his success in launching a series of affordable online degree programs, increasing the first-year retention rate by 4%, and growing the College �鶹��Ƶ ’s unrestricted fund by nearly 75%. The organizers also noted his passion for innovation, fundraising, opportunity, and making the campus animal-friendly.
